quote from, happiness is a mental state of well-being characterized by positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy. happiness can be view from different perspective which is religion, economic, scientific and philosophy. the degree of happiness is different form each of us. it depends on what have we being trough and what state of us.
not all the time we are in a happy mood. life is balance there will be happiness there also a sadness. a happy mood could bring a good benefit toward your self. a happy mood is nothing to be with a good materiel or high achievement, it seems to whittle down to your outlook on life, and the quality of your relationships with the people around you.
there are way to achieve a happy mood and to be happy in your life.
1. be optimistic.
~each of us have a baseline level of happiness . no matter what happens, we need to know that the happiness that we achieve will not last. it just a temporary of happiness. that does not mean that you would not get any other happiness. some have a high baseline level of happiness.only improving your attitude towards life will increase your happiness permanently.
2. follow you guts
follow your guts and your instinct. that going make you happy. stop from listening other order. be your self and do what make you happy. on the other hand is does not mean that you should not hear to others opinions. never regret with you decision you have made and pick what you feel right. do hear to other opinion in making the decision. STOP HESITATING
3. make enough money
by making money you will be happy. nowadays money is everything but money cannot buy happiness. Once you make enough money to support your basic needs, your happiness is not significantly affected by how much money you make, but by your level of optimism.
4. stay close to your family and friend
nothing can make us happy than our own family and friends, by stay close and keep in touch. talk, stay close, visit, holiday and activities are some plan that you can do to make your self happy whenever with family and friends.
5. find happiness in the job you have now
feel happy with job you are doing now. don't ever stress your self with the work. make a positive view on the work. who know when you have the positive view you'll be promoted. see on the other side of it you'll make enough money ^_^
6. smile
smile will always the best way to make people calm. smile always won't make you stress. Science suggests that when you smile, whether you feel happy or not, your mood will be elevated
7. forgive
In a study of college students, it was found that an attitude of forgiveness contributed to better cardiovascular health. You could say that forgiveness literally heals your heart. While it is unknown how forgiveness directly affects your heart, the study suggests that it may lower the perception of stress.
